E-Ville Spirits has been opened since December 2003 The Carscallen Family, from Buffalo, NY, took on this venture to enhance the quality of wines in Ellicottville. This family has been coming to Ellicottville for years skiing and enjoying the atmosphere of this town.  The owner, Shannon Carscallen, had the vision for this store to sell unique and enjoyable wines at all price points. Shannon doesn't bring anything into her store unless she and her staff have  tasted and approved of it.

Our Mission

To find wines people can enjoy and ensure customers are always welcomed and appreciated in our store. We want everyone to be happy with their wine selection. We feel "the wine" completes the meal, event, or any special moment.
